Strategy & Vision

We work in particular with small and medium sized businesses in identifying their vision and mission for the business going forward.

The specialisation at Iversen & Associates is to develop the strategic and tactical implementation of any strategic objectives. This implies articulating processes, identifying gaps(gap analysis) in experience and qualifications and making sure the organisation is prepared and able to deliver the stated objectives.

We will often assist at the practical implementation level, in making sure the organisation is able and has the necessary practical implementation capability to deliver the strategy as well.

We will be doing this through secondments and consulting assignments using our associate network.

This be in the UK, Europe US or MENA.

We are able to speak, work and operate in at least 10 languages, including Arabic, Turkish and Hindi.
